Unfortunately, When cancelling a cruise, penalties will incur 99% of the time. Travel insurance is a must in order to protect you in the event you need to cancel for reasons such as medical emergency, death in a family, destruction of home due to hurricane, fire, or sickness (if you provide a doctor’s note). It will also cover you as a medical policy outside of the country and provide with a 24 hour number for any emergency or medical needs.
*Most Medical insurance companies will not cover you outside of the country. Furthermore, travel insurance will help you get back home in the event of a travel interruption. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance plans do vary in coverage, so give your travel agent a call to discuss the best option for your vacation.
Alcohol, soft drinks, bottled water, room service, specialty restaurants (requires a cover charge), shore excursions, casino, some special events or activities, purchases made on the ship or in the ports, and after hours babysitting services are not included in your booking.
Your cabin, all meals, 24 hour pizza, on board entertainment, theater shows, children’s programs, and non-carbonated/non-alcoholic beverages are included with your booking.

You can call and make a payment over the phone with one of our agents, mailing a check/money order to the office, or by scheduling an appointment to come into the office to pay with cash.

First, you will want to call your travel agent to confirm whether or not you have a refundable deposit. If you have entered the penalty period, you would be charged a cancellation fee by the cruise line. You will then need to send a written request, via email, to your travel agent notifying them that you need to cancel your reservation. Once the booking has been officially cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once you make your deposit payment, you will immediately be able to check in with the cruise line. We Recommend checking in no later than your final payment date to ensure your boarding passes are included in the documents we mail out to you before your cruise.
